The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the governing body, and is custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions and archival records of the municipality.

Borough of Swedesboro has entered into a new Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Greenwich (Gibbstown) to be our Construction Code Office.

Swedesboro Fire Services provided by Woolwich Township Fire Department.

Swedesboro Police Services provided by Woolwich Township Police Department.

If you notice that a street light is not working, you may report it directly to Borough Hall. All you need is the pole location and pole number.

All Business Registrations and Inspections will be conducted by the Fire Official or the Fire Inspectors as appointed by the Borough of Swedesboro.

The following minimum and excess rates shall be charged for water consumption effective April 1, 2020. The rates are based on one equivalent domestic consumer unit, hereafter known as “EDU.”

Completed Registration forms are required to be submitted by January 31 of each year.
