The Municipal Alliance Commission shall be comprised of five members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor. Appointees shall not be limited to Swedesboro Residents. One of said members hall be designated as the Municipal Alliance Coordinator by the Mayor by resolution.

The term of the membership shall be two years.
