For any organizations wishing to use the athletic fields seasonally, click here to download the Field Use Application Form. Scheduling meetings are held twice a year at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building: Spring and Fall. One designated field scheduler must attend the roundtable with their organization’s completed paperwork and field usage fee. Representatives are limited to two per organization.
