The Borough of Swedesboro is a Joint Board that has the power to hear and vote upon land development applications.

Mayor is a four year term, council rep. yearly appointment, resident appointments are for four year terms and alternates are appointed for two year terms. (End of term is noted) All appointments are done by the Mayor.

Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month 7:00 pm. Borough Hall
