The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the governing body, and is custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions and archival records of the municipality. The Municipal Clerk’s Office issues social affairs permits, raffle and bingo licenses.

In addition, the Municipal Clerks office is the Chief Registrar of Voters. Our residents can obtain Voter Registration Forms, Absentee Ballot Applications and Party Affiliation Declaration Forms from the office.

BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING DATES FOR 2025

Swedesboro Council Meetings will be held on the first and third Mondays of each month, commencing at 7:00 PM in Council Chamber, at the Borough Hall, 1500 Kings Highway, Swedesboro, NJ.

In the event any of the foregoing meetings fall on a legal holiday, then the said meeting shall be held the following day at the same time and place.
